You choose the day(s) for us to be onsite
And we handle the rest. After onboarding, your building is assigned a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who returns on a recurring schedule. All we need is a quiet 6x6 space in a shared building area where tenants can easily stop by, and we’ll handle setup and on-site flow.
We provide everything else, from equipment and hypoallergenic lotion to sanitizing materials and optional aromatherapy. We leave the space exactly as we found it at the end of the day.
If demand grows, adding more days is easy — we’ll expand our wellness program to meet your tenants’ needs.

Where do you set up?

DeskBreak can set up in a conference room, wellness room, vacant office, or a quiet corner in a common area. All we need is a small 6X6 space. The most important thing is that the space is available consistently on the recurring day your building chooses.
How long are your on-site days?

DeskBreak on-site days typically run about 5–5.5 hours, roughly 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This window is designed to fit the workday and allow tenants to book sessions before lunch, during lunch, or throughout the afternoon.
How many people can you accommodate?

Capacity depends on session length. In a typical 5–5.5 hour on-site day, one therapist can generally accommodate about 11–27 tenants, depending on the session lengths selected. Tenants choose what works best for their schedule that day (10–30 minutes).
What are the sponsorship options?

DeskBreak offers two sponsorship structures depending on how your property prefers to roll out amenities:
*Hybrid: the building sponsors a portion and tenants can upgrade their session length if they choose
*Fully Sponsored: the building covers the full cost so tenants can book at no charge
Both options create a premium experience. Hybrid is a great entry point, while Fully Sponsored typically drives the highest participation and the most seamless tenant experience.
What’s the cancellation policy?

30-day written notice is required to cancel or pause DeskBreak’s recurring service.
For tenant appointments all cancellations are free.
Do you require a service agreement?

Yes. Once your building is ready to move forward, DeskBreak provides a simple service agreement that confirms the recurring schedule, setup location, and building access requirements. We also operate strictly within your property’s guidelines and policies to ensure the amenity runs smoothly and respectfully.
Since DeskBreak is a recurring service, we ask for 30 days’ written notice to pause or discontinue ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.
What insurance do you carry?

Yes. DeskBreak is fully insured through The Hartford with $1M general liability and a $5M umbrella policy. COIs are available upon request, and additional insured endorsements can be provided if needed.
